Charleston Telecom Solutions — Allsio Platform
Effective Date: May 2026
Overview
When you connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account to Allsio, you authorize Charleston Telecom Solutions to access specific data from your Microsoft account for the purpose of synchronizing contacts, managing on-call schedules, and checking calendar availability within the Allsio platform. This page describes exactly what data we access, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
What Data We Access
Contacts (if contact sync is enabled)
- First and last name
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers (mobile and business)
- Company name and job title
- Home and business address
- Microsoft Contact ID (for synchronization)
Calendar (if calendar sync is enabled)
- Calendar events within Allsio-created calendars only
- Event title, start time, end time, recurrence pattern
- We create and manage dedicated Allsio calendars in your account — we do not read your personal or existing calendars
User Directory (for organization accounts)
- Display names and email addresses of users in your organization
- Used only to populate the person picker when configuring calendar sync and availability lookup
Availability (if availability lookup is enabled)
- Free/busy status for configured people during specified time windows
- We never read event titles or details for availability checks — only free/busy status
What We Do With This Data
- Contact data is synced into your Allsio SMS contact lists for campaign use
- Calendar data drives your Allsio on-call scheduler — keeping agent schedules in sync with Outlook
- Availability data is used by Allsio AI voice agents to check if specific people are free before transferring calls or scheduling appointments
- User directory data is used only during setup and is never stored permanently
What We Never Do
- We never Read your existing personal or work calendars — only Allsio-created calendars
- We never Access emails, files, Teams messages, or any data outside of contacts, calendars, and free/busy status
- We never Sell or share your Microsoft data with third parties
- We never Store your Microsoft login credentials
Data Retention and Disconnection
You may disconnect your Microsoft 365 integration at any time from the Allsio admin panel. Upon disconnection your OAuth tokens are immediately cleared. Contact data previously synced to Allsio contact lists remains in those lists as your data within the Allsio platform unless you manually delete it. Allsio-created Outlook calendars remain in your Microsoft account and can be deleted manually.

You have the right to:
- Disconnect the Microsoft integration at any time
- Request deletion of synced contact data
