Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Charleston Telecom Solutions, LLC ("CTS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Charleston Telecom Solutions provides hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone services, telecommunications hardware, structured cabling, IP camera systems, paging systems, and related professional services to business customers. The specific services provided to each customer are described in the applicable Service Agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CTS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CTS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Accounts more than 15 days past due may be subject to service interruption. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by CTS.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CTS services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, to harass or threaten any person, or to violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation. CTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of this policy.

6. Service Availability

CTS will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service. However, CTS does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, equipment failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may result in service interruptions. CTS is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. CTS's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CTS in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. CTS may terminate service immediately for cause, including non-payment or violation of acceptable use policies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dorchester County, South Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms

CTS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers via email or posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
