Effective Date: May 11, 2026
Overview
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to Allsio, you authorize Charleston Telecom Solutions to access specific data from your QuickBooks company file for the purpose of synchronizing customer contact information with your Allsio SMS contact lists. This page describes exactly what data we access, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

When you connect QuickBooks Online to Allsio, we access the following fields from your QuickBooks Customer records only:
- First and last name
- Primary phone number and/or mobile number
- Email address
- Company name
- Billing address (street, city, state, postal code)
- Billing address coordinates (latitude and longitude, where available)

We access only Customer records. We do not access invoices, payments, bills, transactions, bank accounts, financial reports, employee records, payroll data, or any other QuickBooks data.
How We Use This Data
The data accessed from QuickBooks Online is used solely to:
- Populate and maintain your Allsio SMS contact lists
- Keep contact information current as your QuickBooks customer records change
- Enable SMS campaigns to your customer base through the Allsio platform
How We Store This Data
Contact data synced from QuickBooks is stored securely within your Allsio tenant environment. Your QuickBooks OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never exposed outside of the Allsio platform infrastructure.

Data Retention and Disconnection
You may disconnect your QuickBooks integration at any time from within the Allsio admin panel. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted. Contact data that was previously synced to your Allsio contact lists will remain in those lists unless you manually delete it, as it is considered your data within the Allsio platform.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time
- Request deletion of your synced contact data
- Request a description of all data we have accessed from your QuickBooks account
To exercise any of these rights or to ask questions about this disclosure, contact us at support@charlestontel.com.
Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this disclosure as the integration evolves. Material changes will be communicated to connected tenants via the Allsio admin panel. Continued use of the QuickBooks integration after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated disclosure.
